What is Instagram Comment Picker?
Instagram Comment Picker is a free tool to pick a random winner for an Instagram giveaway, contest, sweepstake or promotion. The giveaway winner picker retrieves all comments from the selected Instagram posts or videos, filter comments based on your selected giveaway settings and chooses one or multiple winners at random.
This tool can only be used if you have connected your Instagram business or creator account to a Facebook business page and can't be used for personal Instagram accounts. Learn how to convert your personal Instagram account to a business account.

Create Instagram giveaway
If you want to host and create an Instagram giveaway, you need to think of some requirements and rules for people to join the contest. E.g. You could think of leaving a comment with minimal 2 friends mentioned.
Our tool supports different settings to filter comments and users, to add extra entries or to block people. The settings are explained below.
Include comment replies
If this option is enabled, comment replies will be included in the contest entries. By default, comment replies are excluded, and only top-level comments are considered as entries.
Filter duplicate users
If this option is enabled, we filter out multiple comments made by a single user. Only one comment per user will be counted as an entry. A user is defined by their unique username. This ensures that every user has an equal chance to win.
Filter comments by mentions
If you select this option a single comment of a user should have a minimum number of friends mentioned before it's included in the raffle. You can choose up to 10 friends mentioned. By default, it's not required to have a friend mentioned.
Filter comments with the same mentions
This filter becomes visible only after you select one or more mentions in the 'Filter comments by mentions'. When enabled, it filters out comments made by the same user that contain identical mentions. Only the first comment from each user will be counted as valid entry.
Filter comments based on a specific text
If you enable this filter, an additional text field will appear. In this field, you can enter a specific text, hashtag, or answer. A comment must include this specified text to be eligible for inclusion in the contest. To filter on multiple words, add a new field for each word.
Extra entries
If you enable the 'Add extra entries' option, a text area will appear where you can add names for additional entries. These extra entries will be counted separately from the comments and are not affected by any filters. They will be included in the total number of entries for the contest.
Exclude users
Enable the 'Exclude users' option to prevent certain users from winning. Upon enabling, a text area will be provided where you can list the usernames of users to be excluded from the contest. Instagram usernames can be added with or without the '@' symbol.
This feature is particularly useful for excluding previous winners from winning again or for blocking spam accounts. Make sure to enter the Instagram username, not the person's name. For example, use '@commentpicker' instead of 'Comment Picker'.
Instagram Giveaway Picker Wheel
All users are able to select Wheel of Names animation in the raffle settings. If this option is selected, all entries are displayed in a wheel which you can spin to select a winner for your Instagram giveaway. You are able to customize the wheel colors, fonts, lettertype and logo on the wheel.
