Export Fields
For exporting Instagram posts, the following fields are supported:

You can choose how many of your latest posts you want to export from your Instagram feed. Each export can contain between 1 and 10,000 of the latest posts from your own Instagram account.
We support exporting posts to both .CSV and .XLSX file formats, which can be opened in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.

Export the latest posts from your Instagram feed with our easy-to-use export tool. Follow the steps below to download them in your preferred format.
Step 1: Log in with Instagram
Log in with your professional Instagram business or creator account and allow requested permissions that are needed to access your posts.
Once logged in, continue to the Instagram and export settings.
Step 2: Set posts and export settings
Select how many of your latest Instagram posts you'd like to download, up to 10,000 posts.
You can also choose which data fields to include, choose a file format (Excel or CSV), and set the sorting order.
Step 3: Export your Instagram posts
Click the "Export Instagram posts" button to load all posts from your feed.
Once the posts are ready, your export file will be generated. You can use this file for analysis, Instagram giveaways, or any other purpose.
