Comment Picker (owner of https://commentpicker.com) is a division of Front Web, a small web development company based in the Netherlands. Comment Picker has been officially registered as a trademark in the Netherlands on January 3, 2019.

While we don't have a physical office, we are located in Nieuwveen, Zuid-Holland, The Netherlands.

Which services do we use?
Here are the services we use:
- Ezoic: for managing our advertisements and optimizing page speed.
- Cloudflare (via Ezoic): for enhancing security and serving content through a content delivery network (CDN).
- Google Adsense: for displaying advertisements.
- TransIP: for domain registration and hosting our server.
- Patreon: for managing our Premium memberships.
- Google Analytics: for analyzing website performance and user behavior.
Where is our server located?
Our server is hosted on a virtual private server provided by TransIP, located in Amsterdam.
Cloudflare usage
We utilize Cloudflare on our website. Cloudflare is a company specializing in website performance and security services. They offer a content delivery network (CDN), DDoS mitigation, and internet security services. As a result, the content may be served from servers worldwide, typically selecting the server closest to the user's location. We encourage you to review Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for more information regarding their services.
How do we collect data?
We gather the necessary data through the following official APIs:
- Facebook / Instagram Graph API.
- YouTube Data API v3.
- Twitter API v2.
- Reddit API.
- Patreon API.
- TikAPI.
Additionally, for data from non-social media tools such as random name generators or word generators, it is directly stored or created by our server.
What data do we store?
For giveaways or raffles conducted with our tools, we will store the following information. The specific details we might store (depending on the tool used) include:
- Information about the winner (name, profile link, and picture).
- Information about the giveaway post (ID and link of post).
- Information about the giveaway owner (ID, name and link of owner)
- Information about the raffle (number of entries, date of draw).
For free users, this data is only stored if the user decides to store the result by utilizing the share buttons or copy link button. Their results of giveaways and raffles are stored on our server for a minimum of 3 months. Access to the results is only possible through the unique link obtained by using the share or copy buttons.
For Premium users, results are automatically stored to their Premium account. Premium users can view or manage results of raffles via their personal dashboard. The dashboard is only accessible with an active Premium subscription.
We do not store the names of participants or any other personal data on our server. If you choose to not store the result of your giveaway as free user and close your browser, the data will be permanently deleted. Retrieving this data will not be possible, so it's important to store the result if desired.
When you log in to our tool using your social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Reddit), certain information will be stored in your browser. This enables automatic login on subsequent tool access, eliminating the need for additional authentication. You can remove this stored information by clearing your browser data, cookies, and removing our app from Facebook, Twitter, or Reddit.
We may also store non-personal data in your browser via cookies, session data, or local storage to enhance the user experience or manage specific limits and features of our tools. This can be deleted by clearing your browser data.
Premium account
If you choose to log in with Patreon to access Comment Picker Premium, we collect and store the following data related to your Premium account on our servers:
- Account information: Name, E-mail, Patreon User ID and Profile Image.
- Membership information: Membership status, start date, last charge date and status.
- Access and Refresh Tokens: To maintain an active session and refresh it as necessary.
This data is exclusively used to verify the status of your Premium membership and store results to your Premium account.
We retain your information for an indefinite period, even if you cancel your Premium subscription via Patreon. We do not share your information with any third parties, unless required by law. You have the right to request the deletion of all your information, see Data Deletion Requests.
Data Deletion Requests
Users can request data deletion by contacting us via info[at]commentpicker.com, Facebook or Instagram. For further details or queries regarding this process, feel free to reach out.
We verify and process such requests promptly in compliance with applicable laws and policies of the social media platforms.
Data is retained as necessary for legitimate purposes or as required by law and is deleted upon user request or when it's no longer necessary.
Remove Comment Picker Business integration and app
If you wish to prevent us from accessing your Facebook business assets and information, you will need to remove the Comment Picker app and associated Business integrations from your Facebook account.
To remove the Comment Picker Business integration:
- Go to Facebook settings > Business integrations.
- Remove Comment Picker.
- Press Remove to confirm.
To remove Comment Picker app from Facebook:
- Go to Facebook settings > Apps and Websites.
- Remove Comment Picker.
- Press Remove to confirm.
Also make sure to clear your browser cookies. The method to do this may vary depending on your browser. Typically, this can be done through the settings, privacy, or history section of your browser.
