Trustpilot calculated Office Shoes's score 2.6. The latest review - I made an order on 23rd October, payment was taken and on 29th October I still hadn’t received confirmation of dispatch. Then at 8pm that night I first got a PayPal notification saying Office had provided me with a refund and then 30 minutes later followed by an email from Office stating due to stock issues they have had to cancel my order. I then went on the website to find that the shoes were still on their website. The next day I did an online chat with a customer service advisor who wasn’t the most helpful saying their online stock isn’t always live, even though I pointed out I made my order a week earlier and still said was in stock. Very disappointing, should update website more frequently if not been updated within a week.
